Sick of your butter being cold and hard in the fridge? Get yourself a butter bell!
Ok so how does it work? It’s easy!
Get yourself some delicious butter and let it get to room temp. Scoop it into the bell part, it will stick to the insides and hang like a bat inside the jar. Once you’ve got the butter sorted, put a bit of water in the bottom of the jar. When you put the lid/butter in, the butter bell will push the water up the sides of the jar, not only creating an air seal, but adding a layer of insulation to help keep your butter at the perfect temp. Change your water every few days.
